Colonial Surgeon of Sierra Leone to be Colonial Surgeon of Hongkong. I transmit a copy of a despatch on this subject addressed to the Governor in Chief of the West African Settlements, from which you will learn the conditions on which this appointment has been offered to Dr. Innes.
